Biomechanical Design Policy

All biomechanical designs are created based on my artistic vision and experience. I will take your ideas and reference images into consideration, but the final artistic direction is at my discretion.

I will create an initial draft of the design and send it to you for review. At that stage, you may request one round of revisions to specific elements of the design. Please provide all of your feedback in a single message within 72 hours, as only one round of revisions is included.

After I make the requested changes, I will complete the design. The finished design will be presented to you at your appointment.

If you decide that you do not like the overall concept after reviewing the initial draft, I will not create a completely new design. In that case, we will not be a good fit to work together. Your deposit covers the time spent creating your custom artwork and will not be refunded.

If I do not receive your feedback within 72 hours, I cannot guarantee your appointment date. Your appointment may be postponed or canceled at my discretion, and any additional design work will be paused until I receive your response.

By paying the deposit, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to these terms.
